Shelina Binta Samad

Shelina Binta Samad is a member of 25th batch of Bangladesh Civil Service (Audit and Accounts). She has joined as Chief Accounts and Finance Officer, Ministry of Education on 27 July, 2026. She worked as Chief Accounts and Finance Officer, Internal Resources Division perior to her assignment here. She also worked as Chief Accounts and Finance Officer of different Ministries and in various positions in Defence Finance Department and Audit Directorates. Shelina Binta Samad got her Master degree in English Language and Literature from Jahangirnagar University. She also did another Master degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
